Mantras are sacred formulas from Sanskrit. These words have power. They change our state of mind in a positive way. They calm our stress, silence anxious thoughts and reconnect us with the original, divine power of the universe. Mantras help us to reflect on ourselves and reactivate our inner strength. Guru here always refers to God, our cosmic teacher. A real guru is always the mediator of the divine commandments on earth. Use these mantras by only playing the CD quietly in the background, as an accompaniment to everyday work, by singing along to a single mantra or by playing a mantra that you particularly like for a longer period of time using the repeat button and thus utilizing its special vibration. You can find special mantra meditation exercises in Energy Training Volumes 1 and 2.

Brief notes on the individual mantras used here:
Ong namo guru dev namo – the invocation of the divine teacher so that I can develop spiritually in order to separate myself from the turmoil of everyday life.
Ad guru name, jugad guru name, sat guru name, siri guru deve name – I incline and connect with the Creator and the original wisdom of all being.
Sa ta na ma – symbolizes the process of energy, life, death and rebirth, this is how I understand my existence. Short form: Sat nam = Know thyself!
Ek ong kar sat nam siri wahe guru – these 7 Bji mantras activate my 7 chakras, with Guru I refer again to the constant flow of divine energy within me.
Gobinde Mukande Udaree Aparee Haring Karing Nirnamee Akamee – the 8 creation forms of God: Sustainer, Liberator, Enlightener, Infinite, Destroyer, Creator, Nameless, Desireless.
Wahe guru wahe guru wahe guru wahe djiou! = Recognize the Creator and connect this knowledge with your heart!
Hari hari hari hari ham dam ham dam! = Destroy the illusion and connect your consciousness with your heart!
Sa-a-a-a-a-a-at nam – here I use the mantra Sat nam to circulate the energy through all the chakras and to harmonize my energy. With Sat concentrate on the 1st chakra, then with the a on the others up to the 7th at, with nam the energy flows down through the aura back to the 1st chakra.
Ra ma da sa sa se so hang – the invocation of healing energy.
