* Care instructions for acrylic glass: Avoid aggressive cleaning agents! From our own experience, we recommend Sidolin (streak-free). It has proven its worth and is especially suitable for acrylic glasses. The gold-plated caps can also be wiped with it. Avoid using rough cloths or other similar rough materials to wipe the smooth surfaces. As a rule, you can also use a damp cloth with clear cold water to wipe the rods. We do not recommend bathing the bars in water, even if the bars are glued. If water penetrates the rod in traces, it will be difficult to remove. The rods are not dishwasher safe!
* Safe handling and storage: Ensure that the tumbled stones do not become loose to avoid choking hazards, especially for children due to the size of the tumbled stones. Do not store the sticks near open flames or other open heat sources, even if the risk of fire is low.
* Choking hazard: Tumbled stones can fall out if they break or if the caps come off. Children are particularly at risk. If the rod breaks due to improper handling, also pay attention to any sharp edges at the breaking points. Acrylic glass is very resistant to breakage. If splinters occur due to particularly unfavorable handling, pay attention to possible choking hazards here as well.
* Dust formation: Although low, there is a risk of dust if the tumbled stones move or if the rod is damaged. The risk of dust is generally low as the rods are completely filled and have very little play for movement. Good handling practices are still important.
* Gold plating: Possible skin irritation or allergies due to the gold plating of the caps. The brass underneath may contain traces of nickel due to the material. Please check your tolerance if you are sensitive to nickel or gold. The risk with tumbled stones is low.
